I love these mugs. Bought one for my mother and myself, and we could not be happier with this purchase. However, customer service needs to be improved. The mugs were lost in the USPS system for nearly four days. I reached out to Mike twice by e-mail to see what could be done to try and fix this issue, but I never received any correspondence from him or anyone at shootfilm.com. Thankfully, the mugs finally located by USPS. They definitely need to step-it-up when it comes to responding to customers who have issues with their orders. Great products. Customer service not so much.
