Still waiting on my return exchange

I sent my shirt back to exchange it from a XL for a Large and still haven't gotten any information back that my new shirt has shipped. It's been close to a month now. I could never get anyone to respond to my emails. But they claimed that they emailed me back repeatedly. I even checked my spam box just to be sure. 🤷

Hi Brad - I've emailed you twice, on September 10th and 14th, replying to your website messages. Please return your item to: ShootFilmCo, 77 Solano Square #163, Benicia CA 94510, along with a note with your name, shipping address, and order number, and I'd be happy to send you your requested size. - Mike

Great graphics, but tight fit

The design and graphics work is some of the best in the business, but the tshirts are sized for super skinny people. I normally wear a medium, but I could barely wear my tshirt. Will have to order a large.
